Hello
I'm on of the Admins from OneLifer structure which is an Association under the 1901 law created in 2017, composed of 490 members including 71 members OneLifer (Admins / Moderators / Staffs / Streamers / Esport Players)
We have 5 Rocket League teams with 2 Managers and 1 Coach.
- 1 Pubg team.
- We have 2 spellbreak teams with 2 Managers and 1 Coach.
- We have 1 team Apex Legends with 1 Manager


Our goal is to promote promising young talent and establish friendly **** less well-known players the opportunity to develop and gain a foothold in the scene.
We are a structure that recruits coaches and managers for our teams. if there are good results, sponsors.


The goal being to train 1 team NA and EU of (3-4 players), to dominate the Esport scene on 2 different regions.
We already have an Eu Team we are looking for NA players
We are looking for a MANAGER and a COACH to manage recruitments, tournaments, and training.

Criteria:
- PC
- We are looking for players with 4000 kills minimum.
- Minimum 300 hours of Games
- Lvl 200+
- Motivated / serious / Dispos / autonomous.
- Mobilities (Lan)
- Negative behaviors and rage leaves excluded
- (optional / advantage) Play 5 hours minimum per day.

 The tests last 2 weeks Minimum
