Introduction
Hypnotic Gaming is an upcoming esports organisation founded in the United Kingdom that is looking to form a foothold in the world of esports. We originated from a small group of friends who all shared a passion for competitive gaming. Since then we have looked into expanding our community size and eventually becoming incorporated in February 2017, with a vision of continuing growth as an esports organisation.

Titles
Hypnotic Gaming has been competing in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive for nearly 3 years, with our current roster competing for nearly 2 consecutive years under Hypnotic. During these 2 years we have advanced from the ESEA Open qualifiers up to ESEA Main. Hypnotic is now looking to expand into other major titles and Call of Duty is one of the biggest titles in the FPS genre, so it is about time we got involved!

Hypnotic does not have a structured team for Call of Duty right now, so this will be built from the start. This means we are recruiting for the following roles;

Game Manager
Responsibilities: The Game Manager will be the expert for Call of Duty within Hypnotic Gaming. This role comes with a lot of responsibilities which include managing the team’s practice and competing schedule, recruitment of Call of Duty players, performing roster changes when/if required and much more.
Requirements: The Game Manager will need to have previous experience in either managing or competing in a Call of Duty team or similar games within the FPS genre (CS:GO etc.). The candidate must be very organised and have brilliant time management skills in order to fulfil this role to the best of their ability.

Coach(es)
Responsibilities: The Coach(es) will be responsible for performing in-depth analysis on the games either in practice, scrims or during official matches. This includes post-match feedback, pre-match strategies and advice during the games.
Requirements: The Coach(es) will need to have previous experience in either competing in a Call of Duty team and/or have experience in coaching players/teams to improve their performance and consistency.

4 x Players
Responsibilities: The players will be responsible for competing in the leagues/tournaments that are agreed upon with Hypnotic and Call of Duty team members. They will also be included in regular practice sessions which can include scrims and/or demo reviews.
Requirements: The players will need to have had experience of playing Call of Duty (competitively or not) at a high level. Players will also need to provide proof, in some format, of any achievements obtained during their competitive career thus far (if applicable).
