Who We Are
We are HATO (Hands Across The Ocean) - a global, multinational community and eSports organisation that started on Warzone but is growing bigger. We're more than a "clan"; we're a family where everyone has each other's back, no matter where in the world you are. We welcome people of all skill levels and background... life comes first, gaming is fun.
Our key ethos: We always support one another. If someone needs help, we do what we can as a community. You matter here.
Our Core Values
1. Global Family & Support – We're worldwide and inclusive. We back members through good times and tough ones. Bullying, discrimination (including on game ability), racism, or inappropriate behaviour is never acceptable.
2. Positivity & Respect – Be nice, especially to staff and teammates. No rudeness, disrespect, arguing/ridiculing, trolling, threats, drama, or anger in public chats/matches.
3. Safe & Welcoming Space – No NSFW content/sounds, inappropriate avatars/nicknames, spam, impersonation, or harmful material (viruses, IP grabbers, etc.). No exploiting glitches/bugs or using bots/3rd-party software for boosting.
4. Low-Pressure Fun – No heavy requirements. Events like party nights or customs are optional show up when you can. Core comps are taken seriously (same mindset needed), but life always comes first.
5. Open & Growing Together – You don't need permission to invite friends - we want them here! Ideas for new games/teams? Drop them in #suggestions. We build this together.

• Violations (especially serious ones like threats, DDoS, malicious behaviour, or repeated toxicity) may lead to warnings, resets, or bans. Mods handle reports fairly.
