New Team/Clan starting up, looking to get a decent set of members to help fill the friends list so that we can all have a few people to join matchmaking competitive games with. Starting out it may take some time to get a full 5 man team but with time the goal is to have multiple members so that when we log on when we have time to play there will be at least a few members to play with to not get stuck with 4 crappy/noob/quitters. In time we would like to have a core team set up to enter tournaments with on faceit or esea or something along those lines, but we don't want to exclude any members we all want to be able to play together and work at ranking up. So when you see a clan member(s) is online a quick invite will have you on your way to more wins and more fun when playing Competitive. We will be trying to play as serious as possible but are not expecting to win every game. We will learn and progress as a team and when someone is not doing as well in a game as some of the others there will be no need for flaming or trashing the member. We all hard to start somewhere and can not forget that. Its very hard to win with PUGs when team members do not listen and do not have starts. So the main rule for the clan is to listen and always work as a team, and take every opportunity to improve that we can. Those are the long term goals and there is no way to set a date on that. as the clan grows their will be members that you will get used to playing with time and time again as well as the ability to join and make new friends. We will accept any ranking player that has the will to better there skills and work with a team in games. When a team works together the chances of winning increases a lot and rank does not always mean the player is a "noob" we have all been stuck at a rank we do not deserve simply because of the players and quitters we get stuck with. This Clan will be able to help cut that factor out. So if you are a player that has no team/clan and are looking for a place to meet new players to rank up with then this is the place for you!
