Hello Im Catyclism
I am a team host, for those that don't know a team host is someone who offers to over see the development of a team aka Logo, Team name, Group Page, and practices.
I currently have one team for csgo am developing a LoL team, and am looking to create two more csgo teams.
these teams will not have me as a member, they will have captains who will report any issues or ideas or concerns they may have and I will take care of them. I am trying to create teams of skill groups nova 3 and up no silver teams will be created.
I have no tolerance for cheaters, trash talkers or negative players. these teams will play everyday or almost everyday together to build a bond and chemistry, the idea is to create a friend ship so that we don't have to worry about silly in game problems because they wont exist.
beware their are growing pains for new teams but I will do my best to suit your needs. I have a coach for the team who is LEM and he wants to help if you are of his skill group he might join your team. he is an awper and a scouter. I'm looking for all roles for most skill groups.

we have a teamspeak server and are able to communicate thoroughly through multiple **** to see some applications soon :D
