Even though our ultimate goal is to be a part of the CS:GO esports scene as a semi-professional team, we are realistic and are fully aware that the road is incredibly long and require hard work and dedication from each and one of us. Therefore, we have set up small goals for the team that we try to strive for in order to try and reach our ultimate goal of going semi-pro. Our current ambition is to be able to consistantly do well in small online qualifiers.

Team Effort is a team that started around 4 months ago. The ultimate goal of the team was to eventually go semi-professional, and even though none of us had any significant team experience before joining the team, we're improving quickly and now play more as a unit.
One of our players got kicked the other day due to teamplay issues, and we're now in need of a dedicated player that can take his place. The player in question had the Entry role, so that's what we're looking for.
Once you've added me, I'll send you a form with questions which will decide whether or not we'd like to tryout you, but if you don't fit the requirements below, don't bother adding me as we're searching for serious players that won't just leave midway through when they get bored.

Conditions
- You must at least have 3000 hours in CS:GO.
- You are comfortable playing the Entryfragger role and has some kind of experience before applying to this team.
- You're a dedicated and patient player that shares our goal of trying to go semi-professional, no matter how long it takes.
- You must have an understanding of that becoming good at the game on a semi-professional level requires a lot of hard work and dedication, you might have to prioritize CS before social activities, and not everything in the process will be fun.
