Go to the top and win.
HG Esports was formally born on 7 July 2017 from an idea by Christian Dampierre, with the aim of becoming one of the most successful associations on a national level.
From the very beginning, HG immediately sees tremendous cohesion between the players of the most popular titles (including Tekken 7 and Rainbow Six Siege). With the first, the Association benefited immediately its national and European domination, thanks also to an exceptional talent search managed by Mariano Lequile while, a little later, HG reached the third position in the national ESL ranking thanks to the extraordinary and early growth of his Rainbow Six Siege team, managed by Lorenzo Garbagna, during the ESL Italia Championship Winter Season 2017 in Turin.
The first changes arrive in January 2018 when Dampierre hands over the presidency (without however abandoning the Association,
becoming its vice-president) to Marco Zingarelli, born in 1987, with previous experience as a manager of League of Legends.
With the new team, HG begins his climb into the MOBA world, establishing good results in League II and winning a place in League I for 2019 while, unfortunately, the Rainbow Six Siege team fails to repeat itself, being relegated to Serie B ESL.
The first year of HG ends in a positive way, counting in its palmares many important victories in Italy and abroad.
In October 2018, a new section of the Association was opened, managed by Francesco Murfone in collaboration with BlueBolt Racing (an established team in the Italian scene with many victories behind it), to begin a new and important adventure in the simracing scene.
