Our ambition is to establish Paragon eSports as a recognised and respected organisation within the competitive gaming industry.
We aim to identify and develop emerging talent, build strong competitive rosters across multiple esports titles, and provide players and content creators with an environment where they can grow and progress.
Long term, our goal is to compete consistently at higher levels of competition, expand into additional esports titles, develop valuable partnerships and sponsorships, grow our content and community presence, and create greater opportunities for everyone representing Paragon eSports.
We are building for long-term success rather than short-term results, with the ambition of creating an organisation that players, creators, staff and supporters are proud to represent.

Paragon eSports is a competitive gaming organisation built on ambition, teamwork, professionalism and a commitment to long-term development.
Our goal is to create an organisation where talented players, content creators and dedicated staff have the opportunity to develop, represent a professional brand and become part of something that is continuously growing.
We are focused on building competitive rosters across multiple esports titles, with Fortnite currently forming a key part of our competitive division. As Paragon eSports develops, we aim to expand our presence into additional competitive titles and create further opportunities for emerging talent.
We believe that potential is just as important as previous achievements. We are particularly interested in individuals who demonstrate dedication, consistency, professionalism and a genuine willingness to improve. Players joining Paragon may initially be placed on a trial basis, allowing us to monitor their performance, development, activity and ability to work as part of the organisation.
Paragon eSports is not solely focused on competition. We are building an organisation that brings together competitive players, content creators, staff and a wider gaming community under one identity.
We expect everyone representing Paragon eSports to maintain a professional standard, communicate effectively, support their teammates and positively represent the organisation both in competition and within the wider gaming community.
