Welcome to 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐨

Looking to build a team for Online tournaments / Leagues and to prepare a team for all Open HCS events.

Would prefer to sign an already established team in need of an organization but willing to find players to build a team around as well.

We are currently looking for players to fill this team as well as coaches, team leaders, and Coordinator.

𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 :

Recruiting players
Making practice schedules
Setting up tournaments for the team
Assigning players to where they see fit
and so on.

While being a coordinator you can also have someone that works directly underneath you that can take up certain tasks that are needed to be done or to balance out when you can do things and when you cannot.

𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 :

Making sure your teammates are on at the scheduled practice times
Leading in-game
Setting up strats
Moving players around within your team to where you see them fit best

𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 :

Coaching the team you are assigned to
Taking up 1 on 1 coaching
Trying out players
