Building a 5 vs 5 team and try to get to an high elo and progress.
It might also be fun to try some online tournaments or so.

I'd like to build a serious 5 vs 5 team to queue up with, in order to practice and maybe go to an high elo.

If you're interested, add mArple IG

Be able to play at least 5 days a weak, espescially during the evening.
Lvl: High silver (with a good win rate/mmr ) to low plat. I'm not against having a diamond in the team, but it might get boring for you
Have a mic, i'm using skype and teamspeak atm but i don't really care)
Have the spirit !! (never surrender !!!)
Be at least around 16 and pretty mature
Of course, speaking english is the must have.
Finally, and this is important, accept to give and take some advices from the teammates. That might seem stupid, but communication is probably the hardest part of a LoL team, and to progress, anyyone can use a little help ;)
