Hello players, we are happy to announce that,

We are looking for 5 members to our new semi-professional League of Legends team “ESF”, which stands for E-Sport Factory. We aim into EUNE players.

As a team and organisation we want to get from the bottom on the top to participate in large events, so in order to do that we expect from you lots of willpower to learn from mistakes, train on yourself and something which is really important – patience, without these basics values you are more likely not able to succeed in E-Sport competitive scene.

What we expect from you in order to join ESF:

Long experience on League of Legends (Atleast 600 hours of gameplay on your back)

Ranks above Plat II (Requirements are like this, as we are young organisation and we strongly believe that from this point you can learn and progress a lot)

Having atleast 3 main champions on your prefered lane and knowing their mechanics to perfection. Of course you wanna to practice them all the time, because true master never stops to learn.

Good attitude.

Mindset set up to success. You don’t blame your team. You can take care about your own mistakes. You don’t rage. You never surrender. These are must have values, as we don’t need people who are more likely to ruin the game.

Minimum age of 16 years.

Mature behaviour is must.

Availability.

Be stress proof. Never fear of taking challenge. While participating an tournament you want to have low efficiency.

Practicing atleast 2-6 hours a day playing ranked games with team or SoloQ.

Decent written and spoken English.

Mindfull play. What It means? It means that you think about your every step. 3 well thinked games are more worth than 10 games player on automatic brainless mode where you make lots of mistakes.

What roles we are looking for:

Top lane

We need decent Top Laner which literally love playing on this lane. Doesn’t let to get easily ganked, know how to counter his enemies and he most likely is able to win or hold his lane.

Mid lane

Exeperienced midlaner who knows well mechanics of the best mid-lane champions which have most impact in the game. Knows how to CS well. He doesn’t stay back. Knows how to avoid ganks, And how to not feed. Which is obvious for your rank and everybody.

Jungler

Ganks really well. Knows how to communicate with the team. He don’t back with his farm

Bot Lane – ADC

Can farm really well. Can cooperate with his support. He take care about CS.

Bot Lane – Support

He can be amazing support. He assist his ADC and take care of vision on the map.

We pretty much stick to typical META, but sometimes we will make exceptions, for the beginning we want to collect master for every lane.

You’ll be playing under our name, which means that it’s great start for your E-Sport “portfolio’ that you played in a decent team. But of course we would love that you’ll stay with us as long it’s possible.

We can set-up all design and streaming configuration, so you’ll be able to stream online your games.

We will set you up all of the social-media for you in order to gain exposure.

We will take care and create your own schedule for your growth as professional LoL player.

You will be covered by various sponsorships in the near future.

You will practice with people which has the same goal as you.

You’ll have chance to play online tournaments with Cash prizes, so you’ll get % of the win award.

You might have chance to test gaming-gear from sponsors in the future.

After couple succeded tournaments you will get a dedicated Team T-Shirt

and more…

There are much more opportunities for you as a player of our Team, but in order to gain them we have to work really hard and generate our first successes.
