I am not a player on either team. I am the Manager/Recruiter/Coach for the Level 1 LoL team. We are looking for multiple players to fill out the Academy roster and work their way onto the Pro team. Both teams whether Academy or Pro will always be doing stuff like, practice with coaches, skrims, and solo grinding ranked with some coach spectates every now and then(of course some money tournaments as well as bringing in sponsorships). No matter what happens though, whether you stay, leave, or don't make the cut..I will make sure you leave better than you came in, and if not then I am sorry that I/we did not have what you wanted/needed. There will also be an interview for those brought in. It's just a usual process we do with everybody since we do bring in players for multiple esports teams.
