🎯 Who We're Looking For
ShadowStrikers Coaches are:
-Experienced PvP players with deep knowledge of combat mechanics
-Tactical thinkers who understand positioning, timing, and team coordination
-Patient mentors who know how to analyze gameplay, give feedback, and boost confidence
-Leaders who want to help shape not just good players — but great teammates

💼 Coach Responsibilities
-Host training sessions, from 1v1s to group drills
-Analyze VODs or live gameplay to give targeted feedback
-Help develop team strategies and loadouts for different game modes
-Work with staff to identify player strengths and areas for improvement
-Motivate and track the growth of players over time

✅ Requirements
-Solid experience in Minecraft PvP (competitive or high-level casual)
-Ability to clearly explain techniques and strategies
-Availability for at least 1–2 coaching sessions per week
-Respectful, encouraging, and team-first mindset
