[Role Overview]:
As the Rocket League E-Sports Coach at Sperk, you will play a crucial role in guiding and developing our players to reach their full potential. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing gameplay, providing constructive feedback, and designing training programs to help our team improve and succeed in competitive play.

[Key Responsibilities]:
- Analyse gameplay footage to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic insights.
- Provide individualised coaching and feedback to players to help them enhance their skills and gameplay.
- Design and implement customised training programs to address player weaknesses and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the team manager to coordinate training sessions and tournament opportunities.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and achievement.

[Qualifications]:
- Strong proficiency in Rocket League gameplay mechanics, strategies, and competitive gameplay.
- Previous coaching or mentoring experience, particularly in the context of esports or competitive gaming is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to players.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others, with a genuine desire to help players improve and succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with players and team members to achieve common goals.
