description
This team should be made out of dedicated players. Does not matter the rank or skill. All I want from you is the desire to improve, good strategical thinking, good teamplay, loyalty and at least basic knowledge of game mechanics and maps. All other aspects can be improved by the time. This team should train together and play together as often as possible, at least twice in a week though. This is not a team for fun, we shall aspire to become semi-pro team, which will win some prize in lower tier tournaments every now and then.
Conditions
- At least some experience with competetive FPS games
- Already played Valorant for more than just a few games
- Not being toxic and being team player
