TeamVNO eSports is currently looking for a coach to help with our Valorant team! With 3 official players on our roster and many more currently in the application process, we're in search of a team coach! This individual needs to have qualities such as confidentiality, honesty, and the strive to play alongside a determined eSports team!
People with experience in CS: GO, Valorant, Fortnite, or having any credible coaching experience will have better chances of getting onto our team.
This individual's tasks will include setting valid practice times for the team. Creating drills and even coaching along while in a game. Must understand basic and advanced mechanics in the game. They also have to remain patient and sometimes work one on one with players.
Our team strives to keep a non-toxic environment so please take that into consideration before applying.
