We are Pavilion, a newly structured gaming organization. We are a professional team, aiming for success and glory.
9Lines is a team for gamers who aspire to become big and for content creators who want to grow. This is not only a team, it is a community, and a family.
We are looking for players, gamers, and content creator from around the world. We have a variety of games which we play mainly, but our members can basically
play whatever game they want. We are open for ages 13 and up.
we are a team not only limited to specific countries but we want to go worldwide. May it be in Asia, Europe, Australia, wherever you guys may be in the world.
Also, it is not only for Males, it is open to all genders! Female, Male, the LGBTQ Community! We Will Welcome you with open arms! <3

Alright, now let's talk about the positions open in the team.
First and foremost, we need an owner/ceo. We will need a leader and owner who knows how to run a team, a leader that that is clear and concise with goals,
tasks, and other organizational needs .In order to ensure that goals are communicated to their members/staff in a way they can understand,
leaders should be masters of written and verbal communication. So if you are capable of doing these things, we need you :)
The following roles are needed but the description are all taken from reddit, so credits to the guy who wrote it all.
Social Media Manager | From making facebook and twitter posts, to editing videos for youtube awareness. From answering / passing on fan mail, to answering to impossible queries and complaints.
This can be done by the leader at first, but it's a good idea to get someone else to do it eventuallly.
HR ( Human Resources ) | Someone who knows what's needed, and finds it. HR is responsible for scouting players, approaching professionals with contracts / leisure positions,
and has a large input into the hiring process by the side of the leader
Team Manager | Also easy to handle early on, someone who actually manages the team itself. Making sure everyone is getting along, sorting out any details for LAN tournaments ( travel, accommodation, food etc) .
Also sets up scrims and team practice for the team. Can also double as a coach if the individual is skilled enough, but when a company gets big, isn't a good idea
Product Manager | Someone who handles the brand side of an organization. From designing and manufacturing shirts, to selling them at online retail, this job probably requires the most contacts and expertise, with graphics,
sales software, web dev moderation, etc.
Web Developer | Someone who can create a professional website, keep it up and running, adding new features, and working with the other teams to put everything looking nice in one place.
And now for the important part, Players/Gamers, and Content Creators. An eSports team should have members for it will not be eSports without it. With all that SAID, hopefully, we made our recruitment clear.
As you've noticed, we are taking this seriously because we are aiming high and aiming for success. We don't ask you to be super good at the game, all we ask is for members who follow the rules, and play the games to represent the team
and yourselves. So, good luck to everyone.
As of now, we only have one member, our founder, which is yours truly. I want to be a content creator for the team so that is why the positions above are listed.
I will stay as founder but not the owner :0
