To play tier S

Former tier B sub returning to the game after a long break I've done a few scrims and preformed well despite a new account and have a record of 2 wins zero losses at the tier D/C level since returning I will most likely be tier B or A once a max out my account and I beleive I can play tier S if given 3-4 months experience on a max account.
