I want to play in a team and hopefully make it to esports some day!

Hello, I am a CS2 player, I dont play much premier or face it, i mostly practice on comp or 5v5 community servers, I've been playing csgo for nearly 10 years now I started when I was a kid, I have a passion for the game but am making no progress in ranked due to always solo queuing or playing with people who dont play the game its self.
