Honestly competition is fun, and coming out the victor is even better. Fun way to push one self.

Hey, I grinded valorant at the start and went on to just having fun in games. A bit more of a competitive scene would make more interested and devoted to the wins. Peak was immortal and honestly would find it more fun to get better as a team.
