Diamond and beyond

Hello, I've been playing Valorant off and on since beta and recently hit Plat 1. Also play League and Overwatch, and used to be captain of an amateur Overwatch team (coach, weekly scrims, small tournaments). In my time with them, we climbed from gold average to diamond average. I'm looking to find a group to improve and play Valorant with.
