Build a team culture based on honesty, respect, and a will to grind.
Give and take feedback openly — ego stays out, improvement stays in.
Stick together during slumps — long-term synergy matters more than quick roster changes.
4. Get Our Name Out There
Stream scrims or matches, post clips, and share our journey on socials.
Network with other teams, players, and organizers to get more scrim opportunities.
Build a grassroots fanbase that roots for our growth, not just results.
5. Learn, Adapt, Evolve
Study pro play and adapt what fits our style.
Try out new strats, roles, and playstyles — not afraid to experiment.
Stay hungry for knowledge: we’re always students of the game.
6. Lay the Foundation for the Future
Aim to qualify for bigger tournaments or attract org attention within 12–18 months.
Help each other grow as players and as people — on and off the server.
Become known in the community as grinders who love the game and earn their respect.
