I am planning to build an e-sport team that can eventually participate in tournaments. I don't have experience in the e-sport industry, so this is my entry and would like to get to know it from the inside with people with similar mindset. I have 5+ years experience in Management consulting, Business development and launching startups, so I'd take the operations / strategy and development part of the project. Looking for players of all kinds, especially experienced players, as I would need help in recruiting, evaluating players and performances, finding the right coach etc.
All this would be with the vision of learning about the professional e-sports industry, so a chill, but competitive enviroment with constant feedback and focus on develpment.
