Who are we?

We're an esports team created from the dreams of professional gaming. With a determined management team, motivated founder and encouraged co owners we do what we feel is right while pushing for greatness in whatever we do! Looking to participate in professional gaming for Valorant, Rocket League and potentially more!

What are we looking for?

We're looking for dedicated individuals looking to form a team and perform at their best! Practicing everyday, scrimming everyday, looking not to only improve their game but their mentality as a whole! If you think you got what it takes we're on the hunt for motivated players!

Here at xsnv eSports we strive to include everyone. We look to make sure the community feels like a part of the family we have growing here. We look to make sure that we, as an Organization and Team, not only interact with our community but bring a whole new fun to the competitive gaming platform.

At xsnv we expect greatness from our players, whether it be interacting with the community, gaming, competition, or everyday lifestyle. Our team will make sure that everyone feels like a part of this organization. We strive to make our community feel happy and whole in every instance we can. It all starts with a great atmosphere and a great team who want to be great in every way.

Our players/team will strive to be inclusive and protective of everyone, but especially those who are marginalized. As we grow, we expect all who join to respect everyone and anyone, regardless of our differences, within reason. We love everyone, we accept everyone, we appreciate everyone.

If it comes down to it, and our bottom line is put at risk, we expect people to come before profits. We want to be known as a team/organization who stands up to those that wish to keep people down. Never will it be said that we stood by and watched as someone was hurt in any capacity.
