TIF Syndicate is officially building a competitive roster for The Finals, and we’re looking for dedicated players who want to grow with a team early in the game’s esports scene.
This is not a casual stack. This is a structured team focused on competition, content, and long-term growth.

Core competitive roster (3–5 players)
Structured roles (IGL, fraggers, flex)
Consistent team play (ranked, scrims, tournaments)
Content-driven growth (clips, socials, exposure)

Rank: High Gold / Platinum / Diamond preferred
Strong communication (mic required – clear comms)
Team-first mindset (no ego players)
Consistent availability (multiple days per week)
Willingness to improve and take feedback

Prior team/scrim experience
Shot-calling ability (IGL potential)
