Ambitionen
Building a new team of individuals willing to improve and who strive for the best in optimizing their gameplay. This will include, training, practices, scrims, and tournaments when I feel as though the team is ready.
Looking to improve players in a critical, yet non-toxic environment.
Eventually this could evolve into something bigger, including tournaments, LANs, Sponsorships & Brand creation. Please read the description to understand why I know I can make this happen.

Hey! I'm Ken, I am a long time FPS gamer. I played semi-pro CS in ESEA league for a small organization, competing in many LANs and online at a very high level, unfortunately I never got the opportunity to go pro due to age. I have played against Subroza, Player 1, and many other pros at LAN and in tourneys.
That being said, I was able to coach CS teams at an extremely high level, and developed several inexperienced players to high levels. I haven't been in the competitive scene for a couple of years, however I am now looking to build a new valorant team and develop players into stars.
Joining this team requires a few characteristics on your end however:
1. You must be open-minded and willing to learn.
2. I will not be easy on you, this will be a learning experience.
3. There will be a commitment to practices and scrims.
4. I don't care what rank you are, as long as you’re willing to listen and gain experience.
This team will be all about potential and dedication, those who listen open mindedly and ask questions will succeed. Aim is easy to improve, but game sense is all about your willingness to understand what is happening situationally, but to do this the mindset you have joining this team will be key.
