We are looking to build up a MGO, and go pro with the organisation, we already have a CS:GO team, and were working on the Fifa squad. You can look at our website for some basic info

its nowhere near down yet, though, and thats why the link is so weird asswell. I myself am the leader of the organisation, and as you may understand, i cant play every game in the world. Thats why we recruit teams, or coaches to build a team, and give the team allot of freedom. The team will get monthly objectives, that they must forfill. So its like:

in that form. It means youre team can play their own style, and is quite independent from the organisation. The organisation will however provide you with sponsors, will manage youre money, will enter competitions for you, will manage social media, and so on. The organisation bassically is youre team manager. In return, we ask the following of you:
