I want to be able to step in to a role where the players can play and not worry about looking for a Sub or Scrims. Also want to gain more experience in Overall managing to get better and grow my skills on a regular basis.

My name is Cole, I've been playing Apex since season 0 and I've been Managing teams since season 10.

I was in the US. Navy for 5 years (2014-2019) where i had 10-15 junior sailors that i was in charge of. I've dealt with every personality and background you can think of and I've used this experience to help my day to day managing for teams.

I currently only manage 1 team now, but I have recruited for 3 teams and managed 1 prior.

I Handle all signing up processes and needs for the team, what ever it may be : EX: Recruiting players, Finding Scrims/Tournaments, Signups, basic communication.
