To dominate every game

I'm just looking for people to join my club on apex. I don't have time to play ranked heavily but I play way out of my if you check my stats. I'm only Silver but im always in games w Diamonds and that's why I'm doing this recruitment. I keep getting parked w diamonds but I can't ever invite anyone back to continue playing cause they're "too high level" even though they were just on my team. So I need this to help get members.
