maybe i can be stronger if i got a team

i come from Indonesian 20 years old. just a decent player, struggle alot with random pubs or ranked. 2 stack diamond include this season (S14). wanted a team so bad so i can play better. (btw im just lucky get diamond rank my true level is platinum)
