I want to join a team that consistently wants to win

27, Canadian born, been gaming my whole life, and now I want to do it competitively.
My Xbox gamer tag for now is BudMadeUsWeiser. Collectively over 2000 kills in Apex legends having only started at the start of season 4. I’m currently in Platinum IV. But no teammates who are interested in grinding to get to Pred.
So I am here looking for a team.
