I would love to make it into to at least a semi-pro team to show how good I actually can be

I am a long time player of first person shooters and a lover of Call of Duty.
Since the release of the current game, I have spent close to 300 hours playing a mix of multiplayer and ranked play.
I have come across an issue in game of not having players that use coms which is really tough as I am very much a play caller/IGL with a high game sense from VOD watching and an in depth following of the pro scene.
I understand spawns, pinch points, have multiple strats and would like to find a team to implement these.
