Find a good team to play with to improve togther

I have been playing Warzone for awhile, prefer quads but have no team to play with. My K/D is .67 and I have only 3 wins. A lot of the time I play on my own in quads, I make top five regularly but cannot finish teams. I have only recently discovered meta and it has helped my recent kills. I thought I was quite good at snipping until I saw some videos online but I would still say Im above average.
