I am 18 and playing cs2

My first time playing cs was when i was about 9-10 years and i played cs 1.6

I didnt have money to buy csgo so i played csgo on my brothers pc

Then when i was 14 i bought csgo
After few years playing from 14-16 years i stopped for one year when cs2 was released i started playing again then stopped again bcs of bugs in cs2 but now i started to play cs2 again
Then i started to think about that i want to try it profesional i want to take the game more serious but main problem is that i want to win tournaments and etc but i dont have a team to win with.

I love playing with awp
But somedays i cant hit anything with the awp except of flick shots ?
I would be happy if any of teams wanted to recruit me. Playing on europe servers
