To become pro

Hello everyone, im Taskela, im 18 years old and i play cs2. Im playing faceit and im 3k elo, i have 8000 hours and i have free time to play it every day and practice. I am willing to play every day for 7-8+ hours if necessary, I would like to find a team and become a semi pro or pro player because I have the potential and good pc.
