LOOKING FOR A TEAM WITH EXPERIENCE.

I am looking for an european team with experience. I don't want to play any matchmaking matches, only tournaments like FACEIT, ESEA, ESL. I want to practice as much as we can, play as many tournaments as we can and gain experience for myself. I need only good players that are serios because I don't want to waste my time.
PS:My english is pretty good and my rank(if you care) is Global Elite.
