I would like to build up my skill and eventually get into a top league team such as NRG or Luminosity

I want to join a team, any team. I want to build up my skill with the team and move to better,higher league teams over time.I am will to spend time playing but I do also have school everyday so I can play to a certain extent.I do not mind what team recruits me as long as I get recruited which would be ideal.I can also do some video editing and image editing.
