Compete and win in tournaments and leagues like PRL

My name is Hunter. I've played League of Legends since Season 4, and have had a little less than a year of competitive experience. I peaked d1 and averaged around d2 at the end of season 10, and after a couple months off, I'm looking to get back into competitive shape. However, I am not looking to fully dedicate myself to League of Legends, as I am doing other IRL things. I predict I will likely hover around d4 and peak d3 at some points. I am a player who has the game knowledge of a d2-d1 player but will likely be held back by mechanical drawbacks; I make for a good shotcaller and a good supportive team player.
