I want to be a Pro-Player in League of Legends or Substitute or Trainee in One Team Organization

My Name is John Simon M. De Chavez, im 16 years old and i live in Manila, Philippines.I was born in my province but i live in Manila. I started playing Online Games in PC since i was 9 Years Old. I have been playing some small tournaments here in Manila and my small team place's is 2nd and 3rd but never be a champion. I want to be a Pro-Player in League of Legends or a coach someday to help my fellow Filipino Gamers to rise up and to be a competitive someday.
