I really just want to be part of a team. I feal I have some really good strategies but no one to share to

Hi I'm Toby. I am an intermediate player who likes to play **** PC is ok but I don't have money to upgrade. I am in bronze and silver since season 2 when I was bad. A reset would be great and I think I could stay in the platinum/diamond section. Or a new account ?? I am a GCSE student right now and can only play weekends and late evening after half four. Looking for a casual team.
