I want to grow as a player and possibly get to GM someday

I’m a masters healer who plays mostly lucio but can also play Moira. My sr is currently 3581 and I am a 3749 peak. I can usually get on from about 8:00 - 10:30 PM CST but I can sometimes get on earlier. I want a team so I can improve as a player.
