Learning callouts and adapting to how the team plays

I am 16 years old and play R6 on PS4 I am willing to learn callouts and etc to adapt on how the team plays the game I am a flex player lvl 224 plat 3 and still trying to learn a lot more about R6 than what I already know that is why I am trying to join as team.
