get a solid team and learn strats to play faceits / tournaments to a good level

Comfortable on most operators and know high number of standard esl set ups / strats. Some competitive experience in tournaments / faceits but looking to do more. Am plat 2 rank but normally solo queue and can hold my own against diamonds in matches. Happy to IGL / strat call.
