To join a regular team on Siege.

I've been on Siege for a few years, and the pandemic has got me back in it. I have my friends who I play with, though I'm now wanting to join a semi competitive team that can hold matches and so forth over PS4. My rank is generally a high Silver to low Gold; I'm well aware of how siege works and have comfortable map knowledge.
