Getting better at arials and rotations

I am a low level rocket leauge player but i play like a platinum or a low dimond i when i was starting out i lost alot and implanted myself at a low level i am very skilled at arials and defense rotations as well as overlaps I recently learned how to musty flick as well as air dribbling of of the wall and i beat most of the people i play with
