to get a team of confident players to make it as far as we can go either winning or losing but also having fun while doing it too.

I am an ambitious team player, I'm not looking for the shot myself or trying to make plays alone I'm trying to incorporate my team as a whole because in the end I'm not the best my team is the best. Team work and a chemistry together works and goes a long way for the present and future.
