Grinding for Champ/GC (SSL would be lovely but slow steps first)

Hello, I am a Platinum 1 Div 3 RL player. I have been playing for about a month or so now but I'm trying to progress to diamond, champ and so on. I have decent rotations and have a good sense of aerial car control. My friends are now below me in skill and its hard to solo queue comp due to Noone knowing how we play or can communicate.
