Joining a team and maybe get better and better and win a tournament? It's not my profession but who knows what can happen!

I'm an old CS player and stopped 6 years ago eSports but restarted this year in VALORANT (awesome game btw). Glad to be here with everyone. I'm looking for a ln amateur team to get into the scene (tournaments etc.?)
