Becoming a Pro Player, playing big tournaments while travelling the world.

I have been playing valorant since February 2022, about 700h in Val and 900h in csgo where i payed low tier tournaments and was an igl/awper for a small team.
I dream about becoming a pro player but right now i just need a team to consistenly play with. Looking for teams intrested in playing scrims and tournaments.
Maining Chamber but also playing initiators.
