get to the top in these games and become one to become one of the best players

my name is alen aka diG1TAlic and my dream is to become a pro player in valorant or r6 siege' currently I think that I pretty far above average in this two games and I think that the only thing that I miss is an org with the coach and stuff that can tell me what am I doing wrong or what I should improve and that's when I think I will show my full potential because I think I got hell of it I have a 4 year experience in r6 sige and I tried to compete in small tournaments but it didn't go well at all because I didn't have the team nor the knowledge to do this so the result wasn't good by any means, I played valorant for about a year, i really hope to find a professional org that can provide me the things that i need to become the best player i could be
